ARCHITECT / SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN - RESIDENTIAL - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
An internationally renowned practice dealing with projects in all
sectors, looking for an ambitious architect
Design orientated architect to lead a variety of projects in Ireland
through design, detailed design, tender action and site operations.
You’ll take responsibility for running projects in all parts of the
practice depending on current requirements, with a focus on
residential and commercial for this role.
You&# *;ll mentor junior members of the team to
ensure consistent quality and also manage client relationships to
ensure the company highest standards.
You will be expected to carry out site visits and see the project
through effectively coordinating with all teams involved in the
process.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience.
Excellent Revit knowledge.
Large scale residential experience.
A proven track record of producing high quality design-led work.
Strong design and detailing experience with excellent technical and
site / knowledge.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as passion
for architecture and design.
Previously site experience is preferred
PACKAGE
Salary of € * - *k
based on qualifications and experience, negotiable for the right
candidates.
